Every unit, lot and photo, exactly where an auditor would look.
Injectables, drips, lasers and GLP-1 programs are charted the way a medical director wants them, while clients book, pay and renew the way they expect a spa to work.

Lot numbers on sticky notes
Every procedure row stores the product, lot, expiration, area and amount, in units, mL, syringes, passes or pulses.
Photos on a personal phone
Before and after sets live on the chart with photography consent, and marketing use is a separate authorization you record.

Monthly memberships, drip clubs and treatment packages bill through your Stripe account, and the Bridge shows recurring revenue next to new client leads.
Treatment records built for injectables and devices.
The aesthetic treatment template captures consent, contraindication screening, device settings, the immediate response and aftercare. Totals per product add up across areas, which makes reconciling inventory a lookup instead of a count.
- Supervising provider on every procedure
- Adverse events recorded on the same record
- Two-week follow-up as its own short visit type
- Errors marked entered in error, never deleted
IV lounges and GLP-1 programs, charted like medicine.
The IV record will not sign without the provider order, screening, access site, fluids and additives with their lots, and start and stop times. Weight-loss follow-ups capture the current dose, side effects and titration plan, and today's weight, BMI and blood pressure are pulled in from vitals when the note is signed.
- Mobile IV visits on a driving route with mileage
- Group and event bookings kept staff-only
- Weekly check-ins and injection visits as 15-minute slots
- Prescriptions sent through DoseSpot from the chart
Booking, memberships and retail that feel like a spa.
Clients choose their treatment online, receive reminders, and leave a Google review after the visit if they are happy. Skincare and retail products sell from the same shop that runs your memberships and drip clubs.
- Consultations, tox, filler, lasers, peels and facials
- PRP and hair restoration sessions
- Cosmetic consultations for a dermatology practice

Photos are patient information
Full-face images are PHI. Showing a client's before and after on social media needs a separate HIPAA authorization, which is why the marketing consent is its own checkbox.
Coming from another system?
Med spas typically come from a spa-booking platform with charting added on. Clients, appointment history and memberships move first, then treatment history as documents.

Questions
Can estheticians use THNK Med without seeing the whole chart?
Yes. Estheticians and RN injectors have the aesthetic provider role, and you decide which parts of the record that role can open.
Do you track product inventory?
Procedure totals per product and lot are calculated from your treatment records, and retail products in the shop carry their own stock counts.
Are GLP-1 prescriptions handled as controlled substances?
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are not controlled; phentermine is Schedule IV. All of them go through DoseSpot, and the controlled ones need the prescriber's EPCS setup with DoseSpot first.
Can mobile IV nurses chart from the client's home?
Yes. The IV record opens from the appointment on the nurse's phone, and that address is already a stop on the day's route with its mileage.
Look as polished behind the desk as you do in the treatment room.
Book a walkthrough and we will chart a tox appointment, start to photo set, in front of you.
