Forty weeks of visits, one continuous story.
From the new OB visit to the postpartum check, every prenatal note carries gestational age, fundal height and heart tones, and the next appointment is booked before she reaches the parking lot.

Prenatal flow sheets on paper
Each prenatal visit records gestational age, fundal height, fetal heart rate, urine dip and fetal movement in the same fields every time.
Postpartum mood screening that slips
PHQ-9 and GAD-7 are scored on submit and trended, so a postpartum visit shows the change since pregnancy.
Global fees tracked by hand
Cash-pay maternity care is invoiced at a package price you set, while insurance visits still produce superbills from your fee schedule.
Every stage of care is its own visit type.
New OB intake, routine prenatal, birth planning consultations, postpartum, the annual gynecologic exam and problem visits all have their own length, and patients can book the ones you make public.
- Telehealth for results and quick check-ins
- Text and email reminders for every visit
- Teen patients with guardians and consent recorded
Physicians, CNMs and CPMs on the same chart.
Certified nurse-midwives are prescribers and can be enrolled with DoseSpot; certified professional midwives document under the clinical staff role. Everyone reads the same problem list and medication record.
- Prescriptions sent from the chart
- Allergies carried from intake to delivery
- Lab results filed on the patient
Configured for obstetric and gynecologic care
Prenatal, postpartum and GYN visit types and the provider and midwife roles are ready when you sign in.

About the EPDS
The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale is not bundled because of its licensing terms. PHQ-9 is included, and you can record an EPDS score as free text.

Questions
Do you have a labor and delivery flowsheet?
No. THNK Med covers the office side of obstetric care — prenatal, postpartum and gynecology. Intrapartum documentation stays with the hospital or birth center system.
Can midwives in a birth center use it?
Yes for scheduling, prenatal and postpartum notes, billing and the portal. Home birth logistics are not a built-in workflow today.
Can patients book their annual exam online?
Yes. Annual gynecologic exams, problem visits and routine prenatal follow-ups can be published, while the new OB visit can stay staff-booked if you prefer to triage first.
Can we charge a global package for cash-pay maternity care?
Yes. Set the package price yourself and bill it on one invoice or several; insured patients keep producing superbills from the same chart.
