Questions
Can we sell visit packages as well as memberships?
Yes. Packages and recurring memberships are both products in the built-in commerce module, billed through your Stripe account.
Does the note support techniques other than Diversified?
The segments and technique field is free text, so Gonstead, Activator, Thompson or anything else you use is documented as you write it.
Can a massage therapist on staff see the whole chart?
Only what you allow. LMTs sign in under their own role, and the owner decides which records that role opens.
How do re-exams get scheduled?
The re-examination is a 30-minute visit type. Book it from the care plan when the visit count says it is time, and the patient gets the usual reminders.
