Can we submit OASIS to iQIES from THNK Med?
Not yet. Assessments are completed, validated and signed here, and the alert queue tracks the 30-day submission deadline until you mark each record exported through your submission vendor.
Do face-to-face and certification rules show up as tasks?
Yes. Missing face-to-face documentation, an unsigned initial certification and upcoming physician recertifications each appear as alerts with the regulation they come from.
Do field clinicians need to install anything?
No. My Day runs in the phone's browser: the route, one-tap navigation, EVV check-in and the visit note all open from the same screen on any recent phone.
Can aides document their own visits?
Yes. Home health aides chart against the aide care plan for that patient, while reminders keep the RN supervisory visits on schedule.
