What dental does not include
There is no odontogram, no perio charting grid and no imaging or sensor integration, and CDT codes are not bundled because the ADA licenses them. Practices that live in tooth charts should keep a dental-specific system.

Dental offices come to us from dental practice management systems. Patients, appointments and balances import cleanly; tooth charts arrive as documents.

Questions
Will THNK Med add a tooth chart?
It is not built today. If it matters to your office, our engineers can scope it under a support agreement — but we will not promise a date on this page.
Can we bill dental codes?
You enter the codes you bill, with your own descriptions, in the fee schedule. CDT descriptors are not shipped with the platform.
What happens to our x-rays when we switch?
There is no imaging viewer to load them into. Exported images or PDFs are attached to each patient as chart documents, so the history is still there to open.
Can the front desk see what a patient owes?
Yes. Invoices, payments and A/R aging live in the built-in accounting, and patients can pay a statement online by card.
